Our Relationship with Nature

We are constantly in relationship.
_
Relationship with others, with ourselves and more subtly in relationship with our environment.

Our surroundings have an impact on how we feel. Our feelings ignite thoughts and behaviours and develop our beliefs and perceptions.
_
Our relationship with Nature and the forest is probably the longest relationship humans have had. We spent millions of years evolving in the forest. When we return, we are no stranger here.
_
For many this relationship has been neglected. With that, comes a feeling of disconnection that many will not associate with Nature. And yet when you allow yourself to reconnect to this space, something shifts inside. You feel different, more relaxed, more peaceful and your physiology changes. It may be very subtle at first but the more you return the more you remember.

Imagine walking through this natural doorway and greeting nature like a very dear old friend. Imagine being enveloped in the sounds, smells, colours and textures.
