As part of Chiddingstone Castle’s Buddhist Day, I will be hosting a family wellness walk around the beautiful grounds of the Castle.
This fun and uplifting walk is suitable for adults and children of all ages and will be a chance to slow down and really connect with the magic that Nature has to offer.
We will walk gently around the grounds for 30 mins, stopping at intervals to do some fun, connecting activities and you will learn about the healing power of Nature and how this kind of practice supports both physical and emotional health.
My walk is part of a whole day program full of wonderful nourishing and fun activities.
